Geocaching!

Our newest hobby is GEOCACHING!  I had never heard of it before and even when Ian explained it to me I was a little skeptical. But when we went out to find our first cach I was the one who found it and WHAM I was hooked.  It is so much fun!  Watch the video below if you've never heard of it!

Here are some fun pictures of all of our Geocaching Adventures so far!  Some of them are silly, hope you enjoy!

This was our very first find, a really easy one in a tree hidden behind some loose bark.  Like I said, HOOKED!
This one below was a cache that was dedicated to the makers dog.  A little strange, but it was hidden very well!

After the first few caches I found Ian said "Man!  You're good at this. How can you see this stuff?"  I told him it was because I was raised by a hunter and could spot deer on the mountain at the age of 4.  Haha!  Jk Dad!

The next one was hidden at a baseball field in honor of a Grandfather who was an umpire and had passed away.  It took us a while to find it.  Go Ian!

Can you see it?

Despite what you may think by my face in this pic, I was really happy to be there.  It was just cold. And wet.  And very early in the morning.

We find all kinds of cool stuff inside the caches!

 Phew!  Just missed it!
This was called "El Diablo" and it was very well named.  Almost took an hour to spot.  All we had to do was move one little piece of tree bark.  In the entire forest.

This little shoe is a "trackable" item that has been in all kinds of cache's, making its way to us from Miami Florida!  It's goal is to get to Canada.

So, we moved it NORTH!  To NYC!  Seen here, with The Blue Man Group!

Little Canada shoe, in Central Park!

Shayna fell in a hole, in the creek.  The very wet creek.  Don't ask.
